Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice and will be those in affect at the time of shipment.
Hours: Mountain Standard Time Weekdays 8:00am to 4:00 pm. Saturdays 9:00am to 2:00pm for tech & orders only. No tracking available.
Terms: All orders must be pre-paid in US Funds. All orders are paid when the order is placed to ensure funds are available and accounted for due to custom making products and accessories for each customer. Visa, Master card, American Express, Car Care One, Paypal (from a confirmed address), Money orders are forms of accepted payments.
Shipping & Handling: All shipments are shipped out UPS ground unless otherwise is noted at the time of ordering. 3rd party billing is available but a handling charge of $5 per box will be added to the total bill. Merchandise received damaged via shipping and/or shortages must be reported within 72 hours. UPS Tracking will be emailed or faxed at the time of shipment. Sorry we do not ship USPS or Fed Ex.
Warranty: All sales are “AS is” – No Warranty - No Refund. We value you as a customer and will make every effort to keep you happy. How ever, because we sell only highly custom Show or off street use parts, we can make no warranty whatsoever. Consequently, all sales are on an “as is” basis. All products are designed for specific uses in automobiles only. The parts may cause injury if used for any other purpose, or otherwise misused. They may also be dangerous and may cause injury if modified, redesigned or altered before use. Airkewld will not assume any liability for and will not pay you for any injury caused to you or other by any misuse, modification, redesign, or alteration of our products. These parts are not for use on public highways, off road racing or show purposes only.
Special Orders: All special orders are just that, Special. All sales are final. No returns.
Returns: All orders that are not custom made to order have 30 days to return the product. All returns must be approved by Airkewld. In the event of a product return, you must pack the package as if it were to be resold to another customer. If the package arrives with damage to the parts, no credit will be issued. Upon request, Airkewld will issue a RGA number. Parts that have been installed on a vehicle and then removed cannot be sent back for credit. “If a product can be sent back in its original condition and can be put pack on the shelf, store credit will be issued, no exceptions. Warranty returns must be marked at the defective point, shipped freight prepaid, be accompanied by a RGA number, and a return invoice listing quantities and part numbers. All returns must have a RGA clearly printed on the shipping label or it will be refused. Credit for merchandise and/or freight will be subject to inspection and approval. Upon inspection and approval or warranty returns, a credit will be issued to your account with us. No refunds to credit card are allowed.
